What if I notice damage when I pick the car up?

Check the Damage Log in the User Manual to make sure it has been noted. If it hasn't, please call us immediately using the vehicle's in-car phone BEFORE you drive away. We hold you responsible for the state of the car at the end of your booking, minus anything you told us about at the beginning.

Please note that the insurance policy does not cover damage to a Vehicle's tyres and/or windscreens or windows, or fuel contamination.
