Innovations - One way bookings

One way trips let you pick-up a Streetcar in one location and drop it off anywhere you'd like. It's perfect for airport trips or moving house. You can choose to take a one-way trip when booking online - an extra charge will be added.

When is it available?

1. 1. 24 hours 7 days a week.

2. 2. One-way bookings are subject to availability.

Where is it available?

1. 1. Any Streetcar or van can be used for a one way booking.

How does it work?

1. 1. Book online: Provide your drop-off postcode in the one-way booking section of the booking page Or book by phone: Call our team on 0845 644 8475.

2. 2. At the end of your booking please leave the car parked legally until collection time (the Streetcar Members Services will discuss this with you in further detail).

3. 3. Call us to confirm the exact location (e.g. 'Outside 25 Mansell Road, directly opposite the school), please provide as much information as possible to help our drivers find the car.

How much does it cost?

1. 1. The standard price of £24.50 (in addition to normal booking costs) will apply if on a weekday and within TfL Zones 1 and 2 - both the pick-up and drop off locations must be within this area. Consult the table and map below to see if your destination is covered.

2. 2. At the weekend or trips outside the Zones 1 and 2 will be charged at a higher rate - call us for more information.

Any limitations?

1. 1. One-way bookings can be made throughout the week from 08:00 to 19:00 up to 3 hours before the end of the booking.

2. 2. The car or van must be available for at least two hours after the booking end.
