One-way trips let you pick up a Streetcar in one location and drop it off somewhere else. It's perfect for airport trips or moving house. You can request a one-way-trip when booking online. Our fleet team will contact you to discuss the conditions and charges that apply.
When is it available?
One-way trips are available for bookings ending at any time however we will only be able to pick up vehicles during the hours of 8am to 5pm. Any drop-off outside these hours will be priced higher to account for this.
The request should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the drop-off to ensure sufficient time to arrange a driver for collection.
Where is it available?
Any Streetcar picked up from a London location can be used for a one-way booking. Prices for destinations outside of central London will include travel costs for our drivers, to and from London.
How does it work?
1. Book online. Provide your drop-off postcode in the one way trip request section of the booking page.
2. Our Member Services team will confirm receipt of your request and will pass it onto our Fleet team, who will contact you directly with a cost quote and hand-over time/date.
3. At the end of your booking please leave the car parked legally until the agreed collection time (we can advise you on safe parking locations).
4. Please call us to confirm the exact location (e.g. 'Outside 25 Mansell Road, directly opposite the school). Please provide as much information as possible to help our drivers find the car.
How much does it cost?
1. The standard price of £24.50 (in addition to normal booking costs) will apply if the drop-off is on a weekday and both the pick-up and drop-off locations are within TfL Zones 1 & 2. Consult the table and map below to see if your destination is covered.
2. At the weekend, during the evening or for trips outside Zones 1 and 2, the pick-up service will be charged at a higher rate - call or email us for more information.
Any limitations
1. One-way bookings are subject to availability.
2. The vehicle must be parked safely and legally for at least 1 hour after your booking.
3. The vehicle must be available for at least 2 hours after the booking end to allow sufficient time for the vehicle to be collected and returned to location.
4. We require 24hrs notice to cancel a one-way trip collection.

The cost of each booking will be debited from your payment card when your booking is made. Extra charges such as fuel over the free mileage allowance will be taken from your registered payment card 24 - 48 hours after your booking has ended. If you cancel a booking, the booking cost will be automatically refunded (subject to our 4 hour cancellation policy).
A booking takes about 60 seconds to reach the car.
Yes, however you will still be charged for the entire period of your booking, since we charge for the time when the car was not available for anyone else to book it.
No, you can pick it up at any time during the period you have booked.
